Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@yooffox.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
  • Your item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging included.

Step 2: Return Approval & Shipping

  • If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Do not send back items without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund/Exchange

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days, contact us at support@yooffox.com.

Return & Exchange Responsibility - Who Pays for Shipping?

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product, or shipping damage):

  • We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind):

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@yooffox.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Custom & Personalized Products (Special orders, engraved, or made-to-order items).
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards (All discounted purchases are final).
  • Hazardous Materials (Flammable liquids, gases, or restricted items).

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first.
  • Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for your desired item.

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact, along with proof of purchase.
